The Magic Line application is designed to address customers waiting in the lobby of a restaurant to be seated by the waiter or waitress.

  • From the customer’s perspective, it allows them to track their position in line by scanning a QR code on a wall or device in the restaurant or by opening a fixed URL of the restaurant in any browser. The customer can mark themselves in the waiting list, track their position in real-time, and see the estimated waiting time.
